How to enter/Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the BootDaddy Corwin Tough Truck Challenge you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license, be able to arrange and pay transportation at the winner’s expense and pay sales tax based on the sale price of the truck. If you are outside the US the 48 states you are also eligible as long as you can arrange for shipment at your expense. Register to win online by entering your information on one of the registration forms. To be eligible you must complete all required information given at time of registration, which includes; name, phone number, address, city, state, zip, date of birth and email address on entry form provided. Employees of PFI Western, Corwin Automotive Group and their affiliates as well as advertising/promotion agencies and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.

or www.corwindodgefordofspringfield.com   The contest begins September 20, 2018 and ends December 30, 2018 at midnight. All internet entries from the PFI Western & Corwin Auto Group websites must be received by 12:00 AM on December 31, 2018 CDT. By entering this contest you agree to receive future VIP offers from PFI Western, BootDaddy.com and Corwin Automotive Group.

Grand Prize: The winner will be awarded a choice of a new 2018 Ford or Dodge 4 wheel drive pick up (valued at $38,000). The winner will be responsible for paying of sales tax at City of Springfield sales tax rate of 8.1% or approximately $3078, all registration and transportation fees and is responsible for arranging /providing transportation or pickup of the prize. The winner will receive a 1099 income statement for the sales price of the truck and must complete a W9 form. This means that the value of the prize will be reported to the federal government as income and subject to federal and state income tax. For the winner to claim the prize requires a sales tax receipt showing proof sales tax has been paid and a completed W9 form.

Drawing Winners: The winner will be selected by random drawing and announced on December 31, 2018 from all received eligible entries of the BootDaddy Corwin Tough Truck Challenge. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received pursuant to this contest offer. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. PFI Western and Corwin Automotive Group may, at their sole discretion, change the dates of the GRAND PRIZE event. All federal, state and local sales taxes and shipping on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted without PFI Western Store’s or Corwin Automotive Group permission or where required by law. Non cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. All federal, state and local laws apply.
Claiming Prizes/Releases: POTENTIAL PRIZE winners will be notified by email or phone. The winner is required to reply to the winner notification email or phone call so we can award the prize. The winner must provide a reasonable time frame for pickup of the prize. Potential winner will be required to claim his or her prize within three (3) days of notification. If contact cannot be made within three (3) days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
